"Ever since I can remember I have always had a relationship with flowers. As a small child I always had a ragged bunch of wild flowers (or weeds!!) in my hand. Almost all the photos of me growing up have flowers in them of some kind.

Its not surprising then that I have always been a florist since before leaving school I was a Saturday girl in a small local florist shop and stayed on till working my way up to manageress while training in London at collage one day a week.

Having worked for a dutch company and later in a village flower shop, my passion for flowers has grown and grown. Now with 20 years experience under my apron, it was time to open the Potting Shed."
